Comissioning of Tapp Group horizontal screens at Donskoy Preparation Plant in Kazakhstan
On April 20, 2019, TAPP Group put into operation two Tapp Group horizontal screens at Donskiy Preparation Plant, Khromtau, Aktobe region, Republic of Kazakhstan.
Installation took only 3 days!
Donskoy Preparation Plant is one of the largest chrome ore mining enterprises. Chrome is one of the most abrasive metals that is very damaging on equipment. Tapp Group screens and sieves do an excellent job of washing ferrosilicon from chrome concentrate. The screening efficiency is 86-93% with 300t/hour, and extremely low wear materials in the the lining.
Due to our simple design, replacing screening surfaces is now quick and easy, reducing downtime.
Throughout its history, Tapp Group equipment has proven itself to be reliable and easy to operate.
