TAPP Group experts have extensive experience in reconstructing and technical revamping of existing preparation plants. We present to your attention another novelty - mobile pneumatic factory! The mobile pneumatic sorting plant is a reliable, efficient and environmentally friendly solution for dry sorting of materials. It can run at 500 tons/hour, which makes it an indispensable tool for large production facilities.

Our expert traveled to the site to take measurements. During the inspection, it became clear that the standard screen models could not be used because of their dimensions and we needed to design a customized solution.

A Flip-Flop screen is a bulk material classifier that ensures high screening efficiency due to its unique design and technology. Its dimensions are 1.8 by 6.1 meters. The main advantage of this screen is its ability to effectively handle materials that are prone to sticking.

Thanks to proper mechanical dewatering, the final product now met quality standards and customer requirements.

Installation of the Prime screen and crushing characteristics adjustment increased mill's productivity from 360 t/hour to 650 t/hour, and apatite extraction by 6%!

Our specialists dismantled the GIST 72m screen, literally bolt by bolt to take it outside the enclosure. Then the new PRIME 2461 screen was assembled and installed under the same constrained conditions. All installation works were completed within 2.5 days in compliance with safety requirements.

Our company's proposal included the design and manufacture of the Tapp screen Swift high-frequency screen - the first in line and fully customized to meet the needs of the Taibinskaya CPP.

Such solution helped us to reach output growth from 200-230 tons per hour to 320-350 tons per hour.

In 2023, our company successfully realized a project to replace worn-out equipment at our client’s business.

A mechanically sealed slurry pump together with sections of pipelines, valves and manifold was supplied to the Bungursky-Severny open pit mine for transporting magnetite slurry to the DRMS heavy-medium separator.

We designed and manufactured a Laund screen, which met all the necessary requirements for coal production, and was the first of its kind in Russia.

In October 2021, for the first time in history, it became possible to wash apatite-staffelite ore from clay on a vibrating screen. We developed a solution based on PRIME-3061 horizontal screen.
