The chamber filter press is a modern equipment which is used for mineral processing, as well as for separating various mixtures such as sand, clay, coal and others. It consists of several chambers that are filled with a solution and then pressurized to separate the components in the solution from each other.

The chamber filter press is used for dewatering fine-grained materials sized from 0.1 to 2 mm.
The main components are filter plates mounted on a frame.

The beneficiation process proceeds as follows: crushed feed is directed in a chamber where it passes through a filter material. The mineral particles remain on the filter and the waste rock (slurry) passes through the filter. The slurry is then removed from the chamber and the enriched feedstock (concentrate) remains on the filter. The chamber filter press has a number of advantages over other enrichment methods. It increases process efficiency, lowers energy costs and reduces waste. In addition, it can be used for beneficiation of various types of raw materials including ore and waste. One of the main advantages of the chamber filter press is its high throughput. It can process large volumes of feedstock in a short time, making it ideal for large industrial plants. In addition, the chamber filter press can be easily customized to work with different types of feed, thus increasing the beneficiation efficiency.

Steel quality
All parts are made of Q345B steel, which has a tensile strength 40% higher than that of structural steel.
Steel cutting technology
Cutting and welding of the steel of each part, are done automatically by CNC machines.

High cutting speed, geometric accuracy and uniform weld seam help to avoid the effect of uneven internal stress and deformation in the process.
Steel welding technology
During welding the surfaces avoid oxidation and keep higher strength due to carbon dioxide and automatic submerged arc welding techniques with chemical shielding agent.

Thanks to this, the weld joint remains continuous, thus avoiding deformation and uneven stress.
Metal shot blasting
Applies blasting technology to all surfaces of metal parts that require painting. This improves paint adhesion and significantly increases corrosion resistance.
Anticorrosive paint
The paint used, is an environmentally friendly PVC material.
The anti-corrosion efficiency is several times higher than that of conventional alkyd paint.

All parts are painted in a paint booth with a water curtain, which allows to achieve a smooth surface and no odor.
Plate handling system
The 1.1 kW frequency converter electric motor for plate movement has low failure rates and low operating costs compared to the hydraulic drive.

The machines feature 2-inch single-speed chains to avoid stretching and ensure longer life and proper plate tension.
Chains are made of stainless steel or high strength ABS composite material to avoid metal corrosion.
Main beam design
The main beam is a box-type composite beam using Italian Dimei technology.

The beam is reinforced with multi-section ribs internally and covered with Q345B steel plates on both sides.

Application of automatic submerged arc welding technology allows to increase bending strength and tensile strength.
Control cabinets
The main criterion for supplying electrical elements is high reliability.

This is the criteria according to which we rely on low-voltage equipment from Schneider (France), programmable logic controller for the main control system from Siemens (Germany) and a frequency converter from ABB (USA)
Enclosures for control cabinets and hydraulic power plant tank
When painting cabinets, we use powder coatings with "electrostatic spraying" method, so that the corrosion resistance is ten times higher than in similar products
Hydraulic cylinders
Hydraulic cylinders are manufactured from solid drawn seamless steel tubes.

The inside of the cylinders are subjected to fine calendering and grinding procedures, while the outside is shotblasted and sandblasted.

Hydraulic cylinders are very durable and reliable thanks to high precision manufacturing.
O-rings
O-rings are sourced from a Austrian company Economos.

They showcase high wear resistance and their service life is several times higher than their analogs.
Anticorrosive pipes
To eliminate liquid acid leakage, improve safety and significantly extend the service life of corrosion pipes, we apply precision machining of mesopores and cleaning hole for hidden flow on the tail plate, corrosion plate and embedded O-ring technology inside and outside of the corrosion pipe.
Hydraulic power plant
The hydraulic power plant is assembled in a dust-free, constant temperature workshop. The hydraulic valve parts are sourced from Huade Hydraulic and Hengyuan Hydraulic. As well as hydraulic components of the Italian brand ATOS.
Filter plate raw material
The filter plate is made of TPE elastomer and granulated polypropylene from Yanshan Petrochemical and feaures heat resistant material. Therefore, our plate has high temperature resistance, good bearing capacity and long service life.
Processing techniquesof the filter plate
All filter plates have a high precision due to their production on a CNC machining center.

All external surfaces of the filter plates are heat treated.
