Unique design

The crusher body is made of strong steel, which guarantees high wear resistance, and the type of welding used reduces stress concentration and ensures strong joints.
This type of design allows for easy transportation and installation even in hard-to-reach places such as mines. In order to save space for jaw crusher installation, we adopt integrated motor and frame installation method.

Unique cavity design

The V-shaped crushing chamber allows for larger size material to be crushed in a small footprint. The width of the inlet is constant and the crushing cavity is extensive. This increases the productivity of the crusher. This crusher provides lower energy consumption and better crushing efficiency.

Robust front assembly

For hard operating conditions we use forged damage-proof eccentric shafts and heavy-duty bearings. Optimized dynamic front housing provides high impact resistance and node stability. The unique design of the bearing housings is arranged in such a way that the load distribution will be uniform even under uneven compression. This guarantees a long service life for the bearings, the crusher itself and the components.

Convenient and fast particle size adjustment

The JC series jaw crusher from TAPP Group has mechanical and hydraulic drive to adjust the discharge slot. This method ensures quick and safe adjustments and significantly reduces downtime.
The dynamic clamp tensioner uses a spring-loaded screw system, which reduces friction and is easy to adjust.

Design mobility and durability

The overall bearing design of the cast steel bearing ensures full engagement with the frame, preventing damage to the bearing during operation.

The motor and the crusher frame are installed in an integrated fashion, which not only reduces the machine footprint, but also reduces the length of triangular belt. Due to the synchronous movement of the frame and the crusher itself, the motor is protected against overloading. This ensures a long service life.
