Better productivity and working conditions by replacing obsolete equipment
Krasnobrodskaya - Koksovaya mine approached us with the problem of increasing productivity and the need to replace worn-out vibrating screens of another manufacturer. These screens were in use for 4.5 years, but as a result of wear and tear on the metal and major parts of the structure, numerous repairs had to be made.
Our experts took measurements and made calculations, after which they suggested replacing the old screen with a new one, a more compact but with a larger screening surface area. The client, initially, was skeptical that he would achieve more productivity by replacing just one piece of equipment. They questioned whether the screen would be able to provide a higher capacity while still matching the available dimensions.
However, our team managed to convince the client in proposed solution. We replaced the outdated equipment with a Banana type screen that matched the existing dimensions but had a larger screening surface area. This solution increased the capacity from 200-230 tons per hour to 320-350 tons per hour.
Our client's experts noted a significant improvement in productivity and process efficiency. Our solution helped the company address the issue of worn equipment and achieve the desired outcome.
