The product range includes track-mounted and wheel-mounted plants for primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary crushing, as well as mobile screens for material classification in multi-stage circuits or stand-alone operation.

CSS means closed side setting. It is the crusher discharge setting in the closed position. This parameter affects final product size and is selected according to the required product fraction.

Selection for the Application

A mobile plant is selected according to material type, required capacity, feed size, target product fraction, abrasiveness, site conditions and feeding method.

Depending on the application, the plant may include a jaw crusher, cone crusher or VSI crusher, vibrating grizzly feeder, screen, conveyors, hopper and control system. The equipment configuration is defined individually according to the material and the required process flowsheet.

Advantages of Mobile Plants
  • Rapid Deployment:
Mobile crushing and screening plants allow operators to deploy a processing section quickly without building a full stationary line. The equipment is suitable for quarries, temporary sites, construction projects and applications where reducing internal material movement is important.
  • Crushing Stages:
Plants are selected according to the required crushing stage: jaw plants for primary crushing, cone plants for secondary and tertiary crushing, VSI plants for cubical particle shape and fine fractions, and mobile screens for material classification as part of a complete line or in stand-alone operation.
