The project was tailored to meet the factory's specifications and supply characteristics. It utilizes our patent-pending developments and innovative solutions that will enable coal slurry beneficiation and reduce the moisture content of concentrate and waste by 4-6%. The moisture content after dehydration will be 12-14%.
We also designed and supplied a heavy duty type screen.
We were faced with the unusual task of installing equipment in an open area in the existing building axes. For the coal receiving unit, we designed a project to install a heavy type screen on our company's vibrating frame. The screen was designed for dry classification of coals into 100 mm grade.
The equipment copes with its task even at temperatures as low as -45C
