This allowed the company to significantly reduce the cost of the solution and eliminate the problem altogether. We managed to reduce moisture content of coking coal from 20% to 12%, eliminate emergency downtime and reduce downtime for maintenance and repair from 1500 minutes per month to 500 minutes.
Reducing the moisture content of coking coals in turn eliminated bottlenecks in the drying department, after which the company increased monthly processing throughput from 530 to 940 thousand tons and significantly reduced the cost of the product.
Today, the entire company operates on TAPP Group's equipment
