TBS separators
When TBS separators are used, product beneficiation takes place in a hydrosizer.
You can enrich cuttings with chunks from 0 mm to 1 mm or from 1 mm to 3 mm.
The main operating principle is the upward water flow delivery mechanism. Due to constant water pressure, particles entering the upward flow are separated by gravity. The light ones (small ones) go up and the heavy ones (large ones) go down. The rock separation point is supported by a special valve. Product and waste are discharged from the respective discharge systems.
