Simplicity and reliability.
TAPP Group's wagon tippers are fully automated offering an extensive capacity of 30 railcars per hour. They are automatically controlled on a separate computer with data archiving function, using Siemens switching equipment. An optional video surveillance system in Full HD can be provided, with data archiving for 1 month. Our wagon tippers are equipped with an automatic lubrication system and sensors of lubricant flow.
The tipper does not require additional modifications to existing utilities and access roads, it is installed on existing foundations.
Metal structures, including the internal beam surfaces, are protected with HEMPEL paint to eliminate the risk of corrosion failure.
This equipment is suitable for far north operations. All systems, including aspiration and hydraulics, are designed to operate in ambient air temperatures as low as -40°C, and to keep the heat inside the unit the system is equipped with automatic quick-closing gates.
The wagon tipper is also equipped with a dust suppression device, and the wagon unloading area is equipped with aspiration systems and bag filters. Under the wagon tipper there is a vibrating grid for effective sorting of oversized pieces and moving them to the crushing zone, which in turn is equipped with a robotic shear for crushing large lumps.
The wagon tipper can be retrofitted with fully automatic systems, electric wagon pusher with snow clearing system and other additional options.
