TAPP Group horizontal vibration centrifuges are used for dewatering grades from 1 mm to 50 mm. Our centrifuges are easy to operate and maintain. They become a reliable piece of equipment due to the overhead vibrator system. These centrifuges have the lowest cost of ownership in the market. Maximum capacity of 400 tons per hour.

The advantages of using a centrifuge for dewatering include high process speed, energy savings and reduced waste disposal costs. In addition, centrifuges provide a high degree of separation between liquids and solids, resulting in a quality end product. Vibrating centrifuges have low noise and vibration levels, making them safe for use in industrial environments.
Centrifuge housing
Prior to blasting and painting, all welds are non-destructively inspected for compliance with Australian AS/NZS 1554.1:2011 and American Welding Society AWS D1.1 / D1.1 M weld quality standards. The centrate discharge is located at the bottom of the centrifuge and guarantees 100% tightness of the centrate connection to the centrate well.
Loading the vibration centrifuge
The design of the feed chute directs the flow to the beginning of the basket, which helps an even distribution and effective separation of water, there is no unbalancing of rotating parts by coal. It ensures increased life of the basket and back plate, due to the absence of splashing.
Protecting the centrifuge housing
CUMI wear-resistant ceramic tiles are used to finish the entire inner surface of the centrifuge housing, including the centrifuge feeder and feed chute, providing complete protection against hydro-abrasion.

Motor system
Tapp Group centrifuges use high-torque motors from TECO-Westinghouse. The torque is transmitted to the main shaft of the centrifuge by means of a V-belt transmission with OPTIBELT drive belts. Since the motor is mounted on rails, it allows easy and convenient adjustment of belt tension. The drive system uses SKF bearings.
Vibration isolation unit
Four pairs of polyurethane shock absorbers located between the centrifuge housing and the centrifuge base minimize vibration and dynamic loading. The dynamic loads of the TappGroup vibration centrifuge are 3 times lower than competitors'.
Lubrication system
The oil tank is installed in the base of the centrifuge. The oil undergoes a three-stage cleaning process before it reaches the bearing units from the oil tank:
  1. Strainer
  2. Magnetic filter
  3. Fine filter
The oil is filled through a pressure-relieving filler neck with a protective filter that prevents mechanical particles from flowing back into the oil tank. The system is equipped with pressure sensors and oil flow sensors, thus guaranteeing lubrication of both bearings.
Basket
The patented chrome-manganese steel basket design provides high abrasion resistance, dewatering efficiency, resistance to deformation, and ease of assembly and disassembly.

The 10HF Series baskets, combined with a specially selected sleeper profile, ensure industry record wear resistance.
The 10HF series basket lasted 24 months with anthracite as a feed. Standard baskets do not run for more than three months.
