At Severstal's coking coals, the moisture content of coal concentrate was reduced from 18-20% to 13-14% using the latest dewatering equipment, eliminating a bottleneck in the process, which was in the drying section. This resulted in the company increased monthly output from 530 to 820 thousand tons.
The second project was implemented at EVRAZ using the largest dewatering screens in Russia 3x4.8 m and a capacity of 120 tons per hour. The moisture content of the concentrate decreased from 25% to 12%. Each of the electric dryers is now operating at new capacity, saving up to 400 kW of electricity per hour and allowing for more material to be processed volumes.

In the dewatering of beneficiation products, especially fine grades and sludge, it's the screen oscillation frequency that is crucial for more efficiency. Our centrifuges use only the best components from the world's largest manufacturers: 10 HF basket, American TECO motors, Swedish SKF bearings and German Optibelt belts. Competitors select cheaper analogs for their products, which affects the service life of structures, units and the centrifuge as a whole.
The centrifuge housing linings are made of high-strength ceramic tiles consisting of 42 elements mixed in precise proportions. The centrate part of our centrifuges is lined with spherical ceramic. The tiles used for centrifuge housing liners are the same as those used in our heavy-medium hydrocyclones.
Using our equipment means less time for scheduled maintenance. Reduced downtime, assemblies and parts do not require extra attention and are pain-free.
Changing centrifuge liners is a very time consuming and costly process, requiring 30 hours of shutdown. According to approximate calculations, running a centrifuge with cheap liners for 3 years costs your company the value of the complete centrifuge housing.
