Vibrating arc screens are designed for preliminary dewatering of beneficiation products, discharge of conditioned slurry, separation of fine-grained material from pulp, separation of heavy suspensions from beneficiation products, desliming. The screening surface of an arc screen is curved typically with a center angle of 45 or 60 degrees. The pulp moves from the upper part of the sieve to the lower one, contributing to the centrifugal force of inertia, which separates solid particles from the suspension, that fall into the sub-sieve space should their size be smaller than the mesh. Vibration at 1500 rpm produces better efficiency compared to stationary sieves.
The screening surface of the vibrating arc screen can be easily turned around, this will contribute to a more uniform wear. We equip the screens with an electric drive to lift the box and adjust the screen angle under load.
A loading device is included in the supply package.
The screen body is made of high-strength materials, and its service life is at least 12 years. All parts in contact with the material are protected by a wear-resistant coating, which helps the equipment to sustain wear and tear and extends its service life.
